a large Russian mining and metallurgical company in connection with a potential dispute with a contractor in relation to alleged contractor’s savings.
a subsidiary of a large mining and metallurgical company in relation to claims against a contractor for delay and liquidated damages;
a subsidiary of a large mining and metallurgical company in relation to the liability of a contractor for work delivered without the required preliminary testing;
a Russian telecommunications company in the Russian courts in a dispute over representations and indemnities arising from an M&A transaction for the acquisition of a network of data centres;
a metallurgical holding company as buyer under a share purchase transaction regarding potential risks of undertaking a merger procedure with the target company.
