Dmitry Kolomeets holds the position of counsel in the Corporate/M&A practice. His focus is on cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, and divestitures that span a wide array of industries.
With over 15 years of experience in corporate, he has extensive knowledge of international M&A transactions involving various legal systems. His clients include technology firms, real estate developers, energy companies, and financial institutions.
Additionally, Dmitry has a strong background in banking & finance, having previously worked as a banking lawyer for almost 3 years. This experience has provided Dmitry with valuable, in-depth knowledge and understanding of various financial instruments that are commonly used in M&A transactions.
