Dmitry Kolomeets is counsel in the Corporate/M&A practice, and is skilled in M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. His clients include technology companies, energy corporations, and large financial institutions. 

Dmitry focuses on the technology, media and telecom (TMT) sector and assists clients with setting up, acquiring, and disposing of IT businesses. 

In addition, Dmitry has extensive experience in finance transactions advising international and domestic financial institutions and corporate borrowers on various aspects of financing. 

Dmitry is recognised as a "Rising Star" for Commercial, Corporate and M&A: Moscow in The Legal 500 EMEA

Prior to joining Voskhod Law Firm Dmitry worked at the Moscow office of Baker Botts LLP from 2011 to 2022 and the Moscow office of Clifford Chance LLP from 2007 to 2009.

    • an exit from Mega Belaya Dacha and the sale of its stake to Ingka (Ikea);

  • Itransition, an international software development group, in connection with a sale of its minority stake to Baring Vostok;

  • Russian railcar repair group in connection with a restructuring of its shareholding and the introduction of new shareholders' arrangements;

  • Russian oil and gas company in respect of corporate matters relating to operation of a processing plant and an exit of certain participants;

  • Gazprombank in respect of a number of high-profile and sensitive transactions involving sale or other disposal of distressed assets;

  • Russian gold mining company in connection with an investment in a company holding licenses for exploration and extraction of minerals;
