Daria advises and represents clients in cross-border and Russian commercial disputes before international commercial arbitration tribunals as well as in state courts in Russia and abroad.
In 2021-2023, Daria worked in a Russia-based consulting company Axioma specializing in legal support with respect to complex disputes in Russia and abroad. In 2019 Daria participated in the summer associate programme of the Moscow office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP.

a company incorporated in Luxembourg in a multimillion-dollar international commercial arbitration (ICC, Israel) arising out of a breach of a JV agreement and several other contractual breaches;
a company incorporated in England and Wales in a multimillion-pound dispute in the courts of England and Wales arising out of allegations of fraud and breaches of fiduciary duties;
a Russian non-profit organisation in a dispute in the Russian commercial courts against a contractual liability claim in relation to an alleged breach of contract;
