a Russian telecommunications company in connection with the potential discontinuation of its membership in an international association;
a Russian telecommunications company in Russian courts in a dispute over representations and indemnities arising from an M&A transaction for the acquisition of a network of data centres;
a subsidiary of a large mining and metallurgical company in relation to claims against a contractor for delay and liquidated damages;
a subsidiary of a large mining and metallurgical company in relation to the liability of a contractor for work delivered without the required preliminary testing;
a large Russian contractor in relation to the continuation of works under a high value construction contract without the participation of a foreign sub-contractor;
a large Russian mining and metallurgical company in connection with a potential dispute with a contractor in relation to alleged contractor’s savings;
